David M. Bae Associate
David M. Bae is an Associate in the Boston office of Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo, P.C. where Dave handles cases involving contract disputes, construction defects, franchiser-franchisee disputes, insurance coverage, personal injury, traumatic brain injury, workers compensation, M.G.L. ch. 93A and ch. 176D violations, unfair claims settlement practices, and wrongful death.
Dave is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
In addition to his work at BSC, Dave is an Adjunct Professor of Legal Research and Writing at New England Law/ Boston. Before joining BSC, Dave worked as an Assistant District Attorney in both the Trial and Appellate Court Divisions of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office. While working in the Appellate Court Division, Dave regularly argued on behalf of the Commonwealth before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. As an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Court Division, Dave tried numerous cases to verdict as the lead prosecutor. Dave also worked as an Honors Judicial Intern at the Boston Municipal Court from 2002 to 2003.
Dave graduated magna cum laude from New England School of Law in 2003. At New England, Dave received the New England Scholar Award every semester for finishing in the top 10% of his class. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in Evidence, Land Use, Uniform Commercial Code: Sales, and Administrative Law. Dave also worked as a Case and Note Editor for the New England Law Review.
Dave graduated from Fairfield University with a B.A. in English, with a concentration in writing, and minors in Philosophy and Politics.
