David R. Walsh

David Walsh is an Associate in the Boston office of Boyle, Shaughnessey & Campo, P.C. where his practice concentrates in civil litigation defense, personal injury defense and construction litigation.

Prior to joining BSC, Dave was an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County where he prosecuted thousands of cases, including violent robberies, sexual assaults, domestic violence incidents, and drug transactions. Dave has significant trial experience, having tried hundreds of cases before judges and juries, and earning hundreds of convictions.

Dave was recently honored by the Insurance Fraud Bureau in recognition of his significant work in the prosecution of several insurance fraud cases.

Dave is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Dave graduated from Suffolk University Law School, where he was the Production editor for the Journal of Health & Biomedical Law. At Suffolk Law, Dave was a quarter-finalist in the Tom C. Clarke Appellate Advocacy competition. He also completed the Health and Biomedical Law Concentration with distinction. Dave graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a B.A. in Economics.

Dave lives in Boston with his wife and three children.
