Dawn M. Piccirilli Shareholder
Dawn Piccirilli is a Shareholder at Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo, P.C. whose practice is concentrated in civil litigation, focusing on business litigation, product liability, construction defect and accident litigation, premises liability, motor vehicle and trucking accident litigation, mortuary litigation, and bad faith litigation.
Dawn is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She recently litigated mortuary cases, including a mortuary class action, in New Hampshire and Maine.
Dawn has significant trial experience, and recently received defense verdicts in several different cases involving claims of product defect, slip and fall / charitable limitations and breach of warranty, nuisance, and premises liability. In addition, Dawn has successfully argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Prior to joining BSC, Dawn served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
Dawn attended New England School of Law, where she participated on the Jessup International Moot Court Team and served as the Jessup International Moot Court Coordinator. Dawn received her B.A. degree from Franklin and Marshall College, where she authored a senior thesis entitled Ethical Foundation for the Legal System.
