Elsabeth D. Foster Associate
Elsabeth Foster is an Associate Attorney based in the New Hampshire office of Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo, P.C. where her practice is concentrated in litigation, with a focus on business and commercial disputes, personal injury claims, insurance coverage issues and environmental claims.
Elsabeth joined the firm in 2009 and has significant experience litigating cases involving landlord-tenant, construction, personal injury, insurance coverage, trademark, and consumer rights. Since joining the firm, Elsabeth has drawn upon that broad base of litigation experience to successfully defend all manner of claims, through client-pleasing settlements, arbitrations and defense verdicts.
Elsabeth is a member of the firm’s Appellate Law Group. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Throughout her years of law practice, Elsabeth has regularly volunteered her time for various law related education activities, pro bono representation through the New Hampshire bar and continues as a DOVE panel attorney in the Manchester area.
Elsabeth graduated magna cum laude from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now known as the University of New Hampshire School of Law) in 2006. At Franklin Pierce, Elsabeth was a Teaching Assistant for Torts and Trademarks, and her internships in law school included an internship at the New Hampshire Insurance Department.
Elsabeth graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University with a B.A. in English, concentrating in writing, and a B.A. in Latin.
