Jeffrey E. Dolan
Jeff Dolan is a Shareholder in the Boston office of Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo, P.C. Jeff’s practice concentrates in insurance coverage, bad-faith litigation, construction law, personal injury, and sexual assault claims.
Jeff recently co-authored an article regarding litigation arising out of claims of sexual assault on college campuses. A link to that article can be found below. A

June 2015 and in DRI’s national publication, The Whisper, in July 2015. Jeff has also presented on this topic for law enforcement and school officials as part of the Norfolk District Attorney’s training for investigation of sexual assaults and domestic violence in a school setting.
Jeff is a member of DRI’s Insurance Law and Young Lawyers Committees. As part of his involvement with DRI, Jeff frequently blogs about new developments in insurance coverage litigation. Jeff has also recently attended national DRI conferences regarding insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation to keep abreast of emerging trends in these areas of law.
Jeff graduated, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School 2010. At Suffolk Law, Jeff was the Production Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review from 2009-2010. During his time in law school, Jeff was published three times in the Suffolk University Law Review and received multiple commendations for legal writing, including the Best Brief award for his Legal Practice Skills class and Best Case Comment for the Suffolk University Law Review’s Write-On Competition.
During law school, Jeff also worked as a research assistant with two former justices of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court—Retired Chief Justice Herbert Wilkins and Retired Justice John Greaney—in preparation for a symposium on Massachusetts Constitutional Law.
Jeff is also a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he received his B.A. in Political Science.
