Justin Stempeck is an Associate with Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo, P.C. where his practice is concentrated in civil litigation and focuses on business litigation, products liability, premises liability, general liability and construction accidents. Representative cases involve claims pertaining to wrongful death, construction defects, contract disputes, insurance coverage, and workers compensation.

Prior to joining BSC, Justin served as a clerk to the Massachusetts Superior Court from 2007-2008 and interned with Magistrate Judge Judith Dein for the United States Court for the District of Massachusetts. While in law school, Justin also interned for the General Counsel’s Office at Boston University.

Justin received his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in 2007. While at Northeastern, Justin served as a member of the Governing Council of the Student Bar Association and as a Mentor to the Youth Advocacy Caucus.

Justin received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude from Colby College where he studied English.
