Lisa Nelson is an Associate in the Boston and Providence offices of Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo, P.C. where her practice concentrates in insurance coverage and defense, premises liability, products liability, construction litigation, and wrongful death.

Lisa is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Rhode Island, and the United States District Court of the District of Rhode Island.

Prior to joining BSC, Lisa worked as an Associate at Kiernan, Plunkett & Redihan, in Providence, Rhode Island where her practice focused on premises liability and insurance defense litigation. She also has significant experience defending personal injury claims.

Lisa is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was a member of the Roger Williams University Trial Team for two years. As a trial team member, she participated in the National Ethics Trial Competition as a second-year and was a Co-Captain in the American Association for Justice Trial Competition as a third-year law student. During law school, Lisa participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic, and was a Partnership in Advocacy Scholar for the American Association for Justice.

Lisa graduated, cum laude, from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a B.A. in Critical Social Studies, which centered on Philosophy and Political Theory.

Outside of the office, Lisa has been involved in coaching high school mock trial teams in Rhode Island.
