Margaret Kelty is an Associate in the Boston office of Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo, P.C. where her practice is concentrated in civil litigation and focuses on premises liability, products liability, contract disputes, M.G.L. ch. 93A and ch. 176D violations, defamation, and wrongful death.
Margaret is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Prior to joining BSC, Margaret worked as an Associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart. She clerked for the Honorable Margaret Hinkle at the Massachusetts Superior Court in the Business Litigation Session and worked as a law clerk for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
Margaret graduated, cum laude, from Boston College Law School. During law school, Margaret was a semi-finalist in the Negotiation Competition. She received her B.A. in History, also cum laude, from Boston College. At Boston College, Margaret was a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honor Society, the Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society, and the Golden Key Honour Society.
