Megan E. Hilson

Megan Hilson is an Associate with Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo, P.C. where she practices civil litigation in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and focuses on the defense of health care workers and institutions in professional and general liability matters. Megan also represents individuals and businesses in construction liability, products liability and commercial liability cases.

Prior to joining BSC, Megan practiced health care litigation, representing health care professionals in medical, dental and nursing home malpractice claims. Megan also represented individuals before the Commonwealth’s professional licensure boards. Megan has significant experience representing health care institutions and national health care companies in general liability, employment and commercial matters.

Megan also served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts (2004-2005), where she assisted the Justices with all phases of civil and criminal litigation in the Commonwealth’s busiest trial court. Megan was a judicial intern for Chief Magistrate Marianne Bowler of the United States District Court of the District of Massachusetts.

Megan received her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law where she served as a member of the Youth Advocacy Caucus and the New England Innocence Project. She also participated in the Prisoner’s Rights Clinic where she successfully represented an inmate serving a second degree life sentence before the Massachusetts Parole Board.

Megan received her undergraduate degree in Psychology with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
