Robert W. Stetson

Robert W. Stetson is an Associate practicing in the Boston office of Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo, P.C. whose practice concentrates on business litigation, products liability, premises liability, bad faith claims, and construction accidents. Bob is a member of the firm’s Appellate Law Group.

Prior to joining BSC, Bob served as a law clerk to the justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts (2007-2008), and was the assistant editor to the Massachusetts Guide to Evidence (2008-2009 edition).

Bob received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2007 where he was the Lead Articles Editor of the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy. He was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Board, and awarded the jurisprudence award in Constitutional Law. Bob also received a Macaronis Civil Litigation Concentration certificate with distinction, was vice president of the Federal Society, and participated in Suffolk’s defenders clinic.

Bob received his undergraduate degree at Trinity College, where he studied history.
